Task Manager problem

Every time i restart my comp i try to open up task manager with the alt+ctrl+del, but i keep getting the message "Task Manager has been disabled by the administator". Its only just started happening so i dont know whats causing it, any ideas?

nah try scanning your pc in safe mode with microsoft anti-spyware,AVG or a good antivirus mite fix it

Silly question but are you on the Admin account? if not there's your reason, log on the admin and enable the TaskManager.
