if you only had 4 users including yourself (and the coder you hired). What made you think re releasing was going to go any better for you? just curious

as for the gameshop, at what rate does gamegold drop? last I saw it was heavily p2w. Wasn't your premium package like £250?

thats the problem, he doesnt think. hence why the servers dead on a relaunch, he cant take advice and takes on no criticism and says oh its not for everyone.

somehow this has gotten worse... i cant even get back online after logging out. auto patcher keeps failing...

pissed off that ive wasted my evening on this! take it offline mate u aint changed **** anyway...

more than my server gained? what servers that then? because as far as i know, ive never launched one? because that doesnt interest me, but maybe im the thick one here.

I guess we all try and fail on our first attempt unless your name's Scorp
On the upside we have been working on something in the background since November.

Keep your eye's peeled for Oblivion LowRate.
Warr, Wiz, Tao.

-Euro with a change, kept the caves, scrapped the kits - completed with caves up to 80.
-Full new refinery based UI/AI (Town with moving objects), to craft various Gems & Orbs.
-Reworked heroes with a 5 stage Para/Pro upgrade system.
-Full rework of the AutoPatcher, LoginGate, CharSelScreen and Internal Interface to Daneo's.
-Full F10 Kit Slot Screen (Pads, Charms, PoisonSlots etc).
-A second backup kit set has been added for rare sets, plus normal rares and a basic mob kit.
-Level your skills up by double clicking books.
-Collect different style+statistic Auras and Medals from killing different bosses.
-Full working awakening system with the items set per rareness.
-1 Rebirth and all of the benefits, plus a SpecialRepair town.
-Every Euro cave now has a teleport NPC in KR to enter another KR for better drops, stronger boss.
-TownKey required to use the Teleporter NPC.
-GameGold is in the Sub/Boss drops with USP for Gold via the "SellAll" NPC.
-GameGold is purchasable for Gold from the GameShop for the sale conversion rates.
-A full Quesy system for every cave, to help and gain experience faster.
-Unique drops with GameGold, Experience Coins, Gems, Quest Items, Scrolls and Unique Auras/Medals.

+ So much more already.

Looking to release this Summer when we achieve the PvP/PvE Screen and BETA is complete.

Not only do you wipe a server because 1 or 2 people in your users of like what 10 or less? got max level, you called it V2 but it was the same server just a fresh start?

To add to insult, you're already talking about a new server, which will also suffer the same sad sorry fate? I get it's your hobby and something you like doing, but you've got no idea how to run a server efficiently.

People have tried to give constructive criticism, and you just don't listen, brush it off and respond like a personal attack. Just listen to what people are actually telling you, and you MIGHT be in with a small chance... a very small one, but a chance nonetheless.

Many people tried to provide help and guidance to be pushed aside because “he knew what he was doing”

I personally have never released a server but I tried to help him with the DB etc and even that was a headache

Issue was he used my db and then messed around with it even after I told him a better base would be creating the db from scratch and using mine as a template

As for versions, who cares? There's already an Armageddon and Hurricane V2?
At-least I've taken down the "poor content" to work on something a little stronger at the start.
See, when you get a new set of files you just want everything - and that was the case with me.

What I would recommend is people on here get more respect for people actually pushing for something to play as we wartch Mir dying out.

You were deceived with cheap effects and a couple of scripts. I'm sad that you closed the server. I think in the future you will resume your server the way you want to see it.
