I read In Some patch notes that Tdb on its 2nd hit would never do less than your dc.

How would this work? Does it ignore ac or something?

My Tdb always does the same damage on both of its hits and it hits lower than my dc ( 60 ) the majority of the time.

The patch notes may be wrong, however, they should read:

TDB will not do lower than your base DC... e.g. 15-60 the minimum hit you will ever get is 15.

I thought TDB just double hit for the same damage anyway, with the chance to turn someone yellow and while the target is yellow your attacks ignored ac or somthing?? :S

hits around the same damage both hits it seems, yellow does 1,2x damage also paras norm mobs, not bosses.
