Firstly, I really don't want this thread to turn into yet another sin vs warrior thread so if people could refrain from taking it down that route that'd be grand. I'll even try myself!

Having just done 400m worth of exp by TDBing individual mobs, it's made me realise how daft it is that TDB has to be charged every single time. How about making it toggled?

Before people state that this will make warriors OP or anything like that, bare in mind that warriors already have 'constant' TDB as long as they just keep bashing the key and rarely do they miss a TDB as it currently stands. So in terms of actual gameplay I don't see this changing much or giving warriors an unfair advantage. However it would make life a little easier, particularly when lvling as currently you constantly have to bash the key over and over and over, and this is no joke but my TDB key is actually smooth from all the abuse it's had recently, and my wrist is killing me

Constructive feedback is welcome, but please try and keep it civilised folks!

Id say 100%. Although I was enjoying when over, Jeras and other Warriors couldn't handle their own -a.speed so would use regular hits often.

Ah, yes there are one or two exceptions to the 'rarely do any warriors miss TDB currently'. Still a minority but they're exceptions to the rule nonetheless!

I've said it also. The problem being it costs mana every time it charges so you can't just hold the button.

If it can be spammed and isn't targeted it should only be a toggle skill.

i would accept a nerf for this change so it isn't stupidly overpowered. Maybe decrease its damage by 5%.

You are missing the point. It may aswell be toggled on as it is always casted. It's on comparison with double slash for priority.

Firstly Id like to say that I do not think TDB should be usable on EVERY hit regardless of a.speed.

HOWEVER.
If the team are happy for it to be cast every hit at speed 7 then I don't see an issue with putting it on a toggle as previously mentioned it DOES get used EVERY hit anyway so we would not notice any difference in 90% of the wars. the other 10% wont be an issue with or without toggle as they are clearly shlte.

The MP usage would have to be doubled on strike as it would no longer claim MP on "charge"

as mentioned id prefer they put a "repeat use" cooldown on it so after 5 uses you get a normal attack regardless of toggle on or off.

Probz wouldn't have been much of a problem if there wasn't a toggle TDB in the 1st place...

but you cant get toggle TDB then expect auto TDB... when will it ever stop getting better for warriors? auto SD next maybe?

i think you need to learn to look at what you type mate.

he is ASKING for TDB to be toggled. atm it isnt toggled. if you where to comapre it to any of the sin abilities it would be double slash as its the main damage ability and is used every hit until MP is consumed. i might remind you double slash is toggled for its entirety... unless you forget to turn it on when you logon but that doesnt last long lol.

If u want toggled TDB, make a sacrifice, it's a silly request, perhaps enable slaying whilst turned on?
Then it's your choice.
+1 Second on dash C/d or slaying enabled on auto TDB and it wouldnt be so bad
