any1 have site or a .exe plz?? looks a decent server if that many ppl play

Try using the dsy online exe, usually that works for all the test servers.

Step three: Open the file called "LeduIPChanger.exe" (you can find it where you extracted the archive you had downloaded).
its nowhere in the files i downloaded

re-edited could not find the ledu ip changer

Yes, my bad i missed that bit. You still could of found it by searching (the leduipchanger)...

dont get what i have to do
Open the ledu exe file, then change the IP,
(how do you open it and change ip???
then change the server name,
(same as above)

then press the save button, then press the OK button (picture provided below)
(huh dont get thsi either)
