Thing is history of Chinese players in Mir is not good and persistent. Official USA mir blanket banned Chinese players. Chronicles banned a lot of Chinese players and there were incidents on marble much more recently.
Non Chinese are not allowed to play Chinese servers because an ID is needed to register.
Even if there are many Chinese players who just play because they like the game they are looked at with suspicion.
Plus if they do not speak much English it is hard to make friends or even have a conversation.

Why is Tango sharing his char? Why is that OK?
It's enough surely to have welfare warriors and druggies online constantly not sleeping and fitted with colostomy bags to get an advantage. Hard to hurl abuse at the Chinese.
I dunno if server can make money from china residents anyway. China does control their internet in a lot of ways we would find unacceptable.
They will rule the world soon and we wont like it so may as well try make some friends now hey?

I know Jamie is good at security but has he got time to check whats goin on if anything "not as intended" is happening?

The idea of a couple of chinese guilds beefing up the numbers for fights is mouth watering for the server.

I remember when the RevengEaster players started playing on EuroMir. It was a fairly large group which made the server a lot of fun because the way they played was a lot different than many Euro and even American players. Jamie is a better GM (thus far) than even the ones on Euro mir were in my opinion. I think the influx of more Chinese players will only make this game better for all. Mir is always more fun with a larger community historically. 
Pvp is about level this server. Guild fights are most high levels online. chinese players will out number and out level you soon so even if there slow numbers and levels will rule the server.
