Have a Longhorn look without the buggy beta OS.
Description:
This will update your Windows XP with Longhorn M4 GUI by adding some themes and patch system files. Check the feature list below.
Changes in Version 4.0 Refresh
-Added Aero Enmeshed wallpaper
-Added Setup CD path line in dialog to notify user to eject CD in that drive or move that folder to somewhere else
-Fixed Boot Screen deselected installing problem (Cannot find ntoskrnl.exe)

oh and windows longhorn is very old news, bet you didnt even know abt windows blackcomb, oh and i have that, shame its completely ****ed up but its not due out till 2008 so thats expected

i can give you links for working windows longhorn versions 4051 and 4053 (most recent cracked and working beta versions), but i doubt anyone actually uses it as their main OS for day to day use as atm most programs dont work on it and as this is a 2 year + early release there are tons of bugs in it still

i got windows longhorn on disc had it installed once but it sucked
only had 256mb of ram at the time and longhorn gobled it all
to me it just looks like xp with sidebar and media player 9 series >.<
o i forgot the d\l manager is a good idea, no end of times i've lost d\l's when xp had come up wioth the send error screen and i've clicked send and it restarted explorer.exe

god i got longhorn beta 1.1a 2 weeks after the release of XP.. longhorn is duff its just a remodel like xp. take all the other windows and try and make it one. it dont work it just causes more problems then it solves.
longhorn is alright its been out on irc for over a year, not to mention it takes a ton of memory.
