The passing of another Hero.

Hey all,


Another hero has departed far too early. My good friend Jack/Termy/Ashturu/Aricixia/SleepingBeauty (he went by many names in-game) passed away on the 30th of October, 2025.


He struggled with his health for many years, but in the end it became too much, a tragedy at only 34.


This isn’t a post I ever wanted to have to make, but he deserves his place among the Mir legends who have passed, and for his life to be remembered and celebrated by the many friends he made along the way. I know how much he loved Mir, especially helping new players. He never had a bad word to say about anyone, and would help anyone if he could, always doing what he could to make other people happy. We played together most nights, levelling, grinding mobs, watching YouTube, and laughing at the stupidest things. Even when life was rough, he was always there to listen and always checking in, asking how my kids were doing. He was one of those rare people who genuinely cared, and I’ll miss him more than I can say.


He will be truly missed by so many.

RIP jack, few of us knew him quite well, used to chat on discord and stuff quite alot back in the day.

Proof now more than ever that people need to speak up with regards to mental health struggles, no1 should feel embaressed its important in this day and age.

Such a shame, 20years been playing with jack. Had alot of issues but was a nice person will miss the old days of skype videos calls etc we all used to have.

Rest In Peace, Wonder if it is worth having a list of Mir Players who've passed, I think using them as NPC names is good (Like they did with DevilDancer on Euro Mir)

I often add him to all my servers (if i remember)

There's no week pass for me to not think about him.
