I have seen some borders which are thick, Likes rebels borders in miles competition, How do I do them...
Think borders, how?

- Start date
Start with a new layer and make a shape using the Polygonal Lasso Tool.
For Example:
Then fill that in with white and deselect.
You then need to add some effects to the layer. Apply these effects:
Drop Shadow
Inner Glow
Bevel and Emboss
Contour
Leave as it is.
Color Overlay
Stroke
Then you're done :P
