Before I do, I just wanted to see the kind of interest/user base you think it might get (iv been away from lomcn/mir dev for a while, so its hard for me to judge), I understand that Mir is not what it used to be and there arnt anywhere near as many people that play as there used to be, but a server with a user count of 30+ is a success in my eyes.
Stats of poetential server would be something along the lines of:
-Low Rate exp being 5-6x that of european mir.
-Euro mir mobs/items'ish I would tweak mobs here and there (starting with a release at about 1.4/1.5 standards, e.g. WT,ZT,RMV etc, all the new ones would be released at a later date etc once tested)
-Custom Quests etc with the new system (if thats implemented in the Ruby set)
-Dedi website/forum/server.
-Bring back some of the old school things of mir like LLC/MLC/HLC.
What do we think, much need/interest for it atm? Or is LR dead to the world for HR to destroy mir?
If there is a big enough interest, I will require a couple of team members if anyone is interested. Preferably someone good with Images/Photoshop and someone who is good with data entry/map making.
