Hi. I tried to log on in the early hours of this morning and keep getting a pop up message saying, "This account does not exist." I have tried 2 different accounts and it isn't letting me log into either. I tried on my partner's PC and it lets me log in no problem. Any ideas please?

Things I have done -

Ran patcher (Deleted exe and re run it again)
Checked keyboard settings
Rebooted PC (Several times)

Any ideas please?

I had to delete it completely and redownload it. I tried deleting logs etc first and running the autopatcher but it didn't work. Weird. back in game now.

Yeah I tried some files too. No luck, just copying from my laptop atm.

Had the same problem here too. It'd be good if someone could find a fix that doesn't involve having to re-download the entire client

could try deleting that character information from with in the client folders

its under config/chronicles/

you will see relavent characters, try just deleting those folders and re patch and try again

Yeah tried that had no luck.

Just finished copying files from laptop and I'm getting same error. I really cba downloading the entire thing again.

Have you tried deleting all the files except ChroniclesPatcher.exe in the main folder (Keeping all other folders intact)?

Allright it's nothing to do with the files. Just logged in using a shared folder from a VM.

Been trying to figure out this one all morning and I've given up.
For some stupid reason though, I can restart my pc and 1/10 times it works.

Be interested to know your set ups? IE are you on a VM etc?

I had the problem this morning. I logged in again this evening using the same client as before and it's working now.

Did you change anything, Sam?
