THose discalimers mean **** all, they protect you to a certain extent yes. However, if they close u dont and take legal action, what do u think will happen in court?

We all have a freedom of SPEECH, however we dont have the freedom to do whatever the **** we want just cos some ****ty desclaimer is put on a webpage. Plus they will find loophose to it. I mean if u bad Actoz, Wemade, QGO DB and so on, they just open a sole trader company, and sue under that name.

however, technically THIS site cannot be shut down as its not distributing the files, although it is providing a "download centre" if u will for the files, but thats a grey area, and im not gonna look into that.

Sites such as Richens, etc that distribute the files can be taken down, but first they have to request you remove the files.

Going further than that and putting all legal **** aside.

Which of any, or all the companys involved in mir is actually gonna fron the £££ to sue everyone that runs a server, cos they can only sue you to the value of what u own, so lawsuits totalling probably £2mill + with a probabl return of less than £100k at max.... lol .... its called business Sense.

The disclaimers can provide a nifty shelters, yes, but they dont fully protect you at any extent.

As i've said from the first days of these threats "They have bigger fish to fry"
