Does anyone else feel that these are ruining the PVP side of the game?
I find they are very much needed for PVE, but for PVP i think its ruining it.

Would be cool to see what other peoples veiws on this are?

Why would you have an item in game that drops 3000 times per day and makes you ignore 1/3 magic hits?

And needs deleting from the game or made so they do NOT work in PVP.
