as a person who does nights its dam hard to stay awake, what i suggest is ask someone to wake you up in 2 hours or so just enough to keep your energy up but not too much that you cant sleep later tonight

red bulls, relentless, lucozade does not really work and plus the come down from them is emence you dont want it trust me the best thing to do is getting someone to let you sleep an hour or 2

probably not what you wanted to hear but its from a experienced person lol

Tea and lots of it.

Tea contains more caffine per cup than a cup of coffee.

Haha you've messed up your "body clock" - I do that all the time. I was nocturnal for about a week when I decided to start a prison break marathon at 23:00 one night, next thing I knew it was about 14:00 the next day so I went to sleep. Did the same when I woke up...

Good times!

But as mapa said, Tea. It tastes better anyway.

I was ill a few weeks back ,and spent about 3 days in bed, with loads of sleep.

As I got better, I couldnt sleep at all. Was tired, went to bed at 11pm, got to sleep about 6am had to get up for work with a 1hr 30min drive at 7:45am, was not fun at all.

Took about 9 days to get back to normal.

Fresh air, bright lights, no heavy meals, sip water regularly. Simple **** like that.
