Wasn't this the same as another server? GM telling Apex where to hunt / what to kill? Sounds like the same situation...
The BANHAMMER STRIKES! Reminds me of Nazi germany total regime/dictatorship dishing out the bans with no dialogue between the accusers and the accused. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Surely people deserve an explanation as to why their accounts are banned.
No but a friend of mine Kangax cannot log in for days now before any of this **** storm. He has constantly tried to get some dialogue going with devs and has been extremely patient but just gets ignored.

Lets also get this in perspective, I'm not denying that a couple of wadestreet have obviously been using cheats i.e /Rape who openly admitted it. But it does seem like we've been targeted by some kind of undercover operation by the dev team. What about all the other blatant cheaters? Seems like a witch hunt against us.
No idea... However people assume because a certain guild will camp a certain boss they have "inside info".
Maybe it's just as simple as they killed it a couple of times and had a decent drop... therefore have decided to kill it more often rather than camp ZT which had dropped them nothing?

You only have to look though the LOMCN history and see who has cheated/accused of cheating in the passed, enough said there.
Ban all cheats with no mercy!
Why should a GM/Owner have provide proof for his actions?
As someone has stated, all other official games do not release this information on why people are ban, why should it be any different here?
The offenders know there in the wrong, so just suck it up.
Your own fault for not having the skills to play a game proper without AIDS!
To be honest, i dont suspect apex purly because they put in the time and effort to learn the games and this isnt just on mir, you only have to look at the website to see they have all the information they need, collected over the years all stored up, like a professional guild should.(from all servers played)
And you can clearly see the community they have built up between them, and this is all public info.......
they prob keep any really good info to themselfs and,
Dosnt take 2 seconds to write down the time you killed a boss, then return XX hours after for respawn....
Infact id like to throw a thank you to whoever runs the Apex website as i used it all the time! brilliant information on there and the maps are the handyest thing!, Kudos to you!

Are you serious? That's like saying Hitler was right because he was in charge at the time and had no obligation to explain his actions. How about ban all people proven fairly to have cheated with an explanation.
Killing people and being banned in a game are not comparable, on the scale of all things bad I think Hitler would of faired worse imo.

You should be the one posting a list of who has been banned. Not someone hacking the files.
At work atm and this thread made me laugh. Avatar (and anyone else who has been banned) you have been banned for using cheats, plain and simple. Stop denying it, stop blaming other program's, and simply just stop doing it. Imo your chance comes as being able to create a new account, take it and play legit.

I know this is FACT aswell. but dont see them banned ? lol i could expose this server and the owner for what it is.

The thing is, i have a great love for mir and as much of an asshole samuel is for what hes done Pin pointing a few players when he knows full well loads more are cheating and other things. Hes made one of the best mir files to ever be released and if i went spouting my mouth off it kill out one of the last decent servers going =] i dont care about being banned as was only 35 and didnt put much time at in all, yet theres some people that have put in weeks constantly of leveling and would that be fair for them ? Like been said a lot what people dont know wont hurt them bit like the drops aye.
