Suggestion Toggle for empowered spells

Thought adding a toggle for the empowered Tao spell would be a good idea.

When in a fight with people not in guild or grouped there's no way to single target the enemy. You end up hitting the enemy and people you're meant to be helping.

The whole accidental agro with empowered spells is dumb - we have been asking for this change for a while.

Take a normal hunt at hyumoon as a good example.. you don't want to agro all 5 ferocious flame demons that spawned together but you want to attack the agro'd mob in the middle... ops oh well empowered spells know better and boom you're running for your life.
