If you think about it, the first (decent ish) mir2 server to come online (out of the like 3 waiting to come out) is gunna be so damn popular, because theres about 50 wondering players lookin for a server n cba with OS, and the rest either suck or went down the drain... Or SERVER HOST goes and buggers off randomly.. cough.

I hope something comes out soon =/

it will be a hit IF it is A.something that attracts them heavily to it and B. If its not merly just another same old server like al the others are lol. There is only so much you can do with alot of servers out atm tbh. alot of them are designed to be quick level and lotsa cash, so once you have hit the point of having so much money you cant buy nothin new cuz you have everythin and you cant level no more cuz there is nothin to obtain... it gets quite borin and the usually the person leaves.

its very rare you get a server which is gd enough it keeps you wantin to play more and more for the right reasons.. I.E to get something you realy want or to complete that quest which you keep failing at the last hurdle. instead of loggin on and sittin in town sometimes tlkin to ya m8s and others jus sittin there wonderin what to do with yaself.

well thts the way i always find myself n e ways lol.

So after playin many servers and the closin down on me or becommin rediculously borin, im designin my server with them problems in mind so i can try to avoid them

as for the server and me hosting lol, aslong as my server dont get to the point of havin a total of 1 active user lol it shouldnt be goin anywhere once its up.

and with any luck it should be up soon

*** was actually a rubbish server to be honest with you lol. It has like 2 new leveling areas, few new items and a craft NPC? not really a great deal. The only thing that attracted people was the fact that you could pk for levels, only reason I personally played was because port 6k was open.

I can't remember the last server i played that i enjoyed.
That *** was the one with that craft person in sz that would add multiple stats to items? that was kinda fun for about 2 days. :agree:

If i was ever to bring up a server again, i wouldn't do it alone. Plus it would be a server with a long running life - not all achievements within a week of play. This would mean more low to medium rate. I think this is what mir lacks now. Everyone wants a lasting mir server, yet they want it to be high rate. Nowadays you have to compromise one for the other.

If someone could host/run a server - i'd more than be happy to assist in creating/updating in a strictly outsider capacity. Running isn't the fun part for me.
