Seeing as it's in China, and they're cheaper over there (seeing as PSPs have been out for ages), I'm guessing it's legit.

I've had trouble with Weston Union before, I sold a car over Ebay and the person who bought it tried to get drug money or something in the country through me.

They sent me a cheque for £5000 through Weston Union and wanted me to write them a check for £4300 and pass it to the guy who was collecting. Was a bit more to it than just that but you get the jist.

Deal didn't happen btw.

thats a common con if im thinking they did it to u.

they send check, you send them check for a lower amount, and their check bounces. leaving with them £5000 up. iv heard it happen before many times.

.. no.. you'd send your butler to go get a PSP from the store, so its got no chance of being a fraud

The word from Miao Lei is that its a con. Miao Lei is a chinese goldfarming company manager and she says this is a new con thats taking place in taiwan and china.

What they do is send a broken PSP (also doing some others consoles) from the factory where they work, for a part payment that covers the postage cost, and makes a bit of profit. Then your choice is to either pay a fortune to send it back and get another, as well as paying them more postage costs, OR in the case of bulk orders they then ship out a box full of **** all with a tracking number.

Nothing special to it, its just your all purpose chinese fraud.

Its a scam, i made a new msn and i talked 2 her and this time she never mentioned 1.5 psp's or any of the free stuff u get with psp and if u want to get a value pack u need to buy minimum of 4 psps. i told her 2 do on ebay and she said no cos she scared because they were (cant rember word but its when u get items cheap from another country and u dont pay taxes for it etc). At start she said she actually manufactures the psp's and accesories...

oh and she sent me a doc with psp prices they were -

1xpsp = 125 USD
Sample version - 4xpsp + 2games (games are free she said) = 700usd, i then asked her why she charging me 200extra she said cos its sample. Then she was saying omg dont u trust me why would i con you out of short change not in this words but was getting to this, like why would i get my comp a bad name LOL....
