I know Rugby. Insane pics! Not heard anything about it, but then I don't watch news.

Geo that means nothing lol, just a stupid statistic to confuse thick people. the UK is a fraction of the size of US.

heress the fact i was looking for lol

While the United Kingdom has more reported tornadoes, relative to its land area, than any other country excluding the Netherlands, the vast majority are weak. The strongest recorded tornado in the country struck Portsmouth on December 14, 1810 with a T8 (F4) rating and a top wind speed of 213 to 240 mph.

Just to put your trolling into perspective... its still a nice little knowing fact that shows people that tornados are actually more regular than people would commonly think.

It's not though lol because our land area is so small, which is why it doesn't tell you how many tornados we get in an actual figure

Oh, they are, it's a fact, but they're like so weak you can barely register them, so imo they're not real tornado's but "meh".

Last proper Tornado I remember was around 12 years ago back in Brighton/Birmingham area, main tree outside our house got pulled out of the ground and nearly collapsed onto house, was scary shiz.

The United States averages about 1,200 tornadoes per year. The Netherlands has the highest average number of recorded tornadoes per area of any country (more than 20, or 0.0013 per sq mi (0.00048 per km2), annually), followed by the UK (around 33, or 0.00035 per sq mi (0.00013 per km2), per year),[66][67] but most are small and cause minor damage. In absolute number of events, ignoring area, the UK experiences more tornadoes than any other European country, excluding waterspouts.

UK doesn't have more than the US.
