Translate text

does anyone know a program or a site where i can translate text to english please ?

i tho babel fish was ok till now

i cant even translate this

you have to change your encoding to GB2312 first.

you can't just copy and paste ascii to babel

what are you opening the files with?

notepad or in web browser

in web browser you can change encoding in View menu...

if notepad.. you have to set your regional settings to use chinese for non-unicode
