Think it's affected by player level, tu level, MC and luck

If it's the same code as Euro..

MC and Luck play no part in the calculations.

It's Levels and Spell level that effect it. nothing else.

I wasn't asking you or cheese, I was asking Samuel as he Is GM not you, it was affected by luck on wep on ACEM2 and this is an evolution of that, iv heard from wiz with luck3 wep and their convinced its much easier with the luck on wep.

1: it is one of the rare spells (1m spell) No it isn't. 1m is nothing and likely to fall.
2: EXTREME mana usage It 1 hits mobs .....
3: you can not possibly level faster with TU than TS in PT. Yes, yes you can.
4: would be only useful in guild hunts to terminate zuma archers Nope
5: to make it level 3 you need 500k worth of pots and a whole day doing NOTHING but leveling it.. Think about the poor taos that need to level res
6: it can not possibly harm any of the other classes/players it does not hurt them or anything! and for the taos you can already rape their pets with it .. Yes, it means wizzies can level even faster than before and it would also make hunts easier, group or solo. Stop trying to make the game easier.

Yes, and tbh if you're using this to level, you're wasting time.

Lining up pb omas and lightening them 4/5 at a time still quick, and pays for itself ? oops, let that one out >.<
