Turtle boss

A tank and spank, soloable boss with pretty poor drops considering the map size and amount of pots used to find it. (The ranged mobs hit 70-100s and they just can't be hidden from).

Can't be monopolised, smaller guilds have opportunity to hunt and kill it, chance for rares but not too often = sounds good to me. I'm sure Sam / BH said this isn't aimed at higher tier players anyway.

Make the map slightly more search friendly for those smaller guilds though (who I've never, ever seen visit the map). You get paralysed, areas with 0 mobs then suddenly you run into 20 all huddling together.

I'm sure a small guild that would normally kill as they went along wouldn't have any issues finding it eventually, may take 10 minutes may take an hour. If it's promoting group hunting that involves killing the mobs along the way then thats a good thing. If the area isn't being used alot thats a shame, IIRC the exp and drops are getting changed on the next reboot, maybe that may attract more people.

Just my opinion though.

Although he won't admit, he never knew how to lock onto people's characters until 1 week ago. He pvp'd in mass fights using shift swing...I'd say that makes him pretty much a Legend Of Mir, he did pretty well to go un-noticed for so long ;p

our small guild spent a good week hunting there just to look for the boss, found one sub and never the boss, cant be found just leveling in that place, and running around with the ranged para makes it hard too

the island was a good idea but its far too big, should have been given a cave

a 999:999 map it too big! if this place was to give the smaller guilds a chance why put so few drop and bosses? cant say i want aload of items dropping but a boss that can be found would be nice! takin over a week to find it while killing sucks! :O

its fun but has failed its purpose imo and that is coming from a small person in a small guild
