Tutorial : Website/Affiliate Button

Here's what I did to make my Jealy Designs Button.

1) Create a new document 88x33px
2) Colour it in a bright, fun colour. I chose #1ea7ce (Blue)
3) With the Rectangular Marquee Tool(M) Select 'box' around the edge.

Use the curser cross for a guide (Make sure you use 'Add to selection')
4) Create a new layer and fill the 'box' selection in with black.
5) On the layer with the 'box' use these styles.

6) With the Ellipse Tool(U) Selected, make an oval that goes to each side
of the image and about half way down.

7) Set that to Soft Light at about 37% Opacity

8) With a small Pixel Font write the name of your website/Affiliate on
9) Your Done! This is what I came up with after messing with animation.

Would of said its very nice but the tutorial its too similar to hundreds of other tutorials, and from my view it just looks like a signature tutorial i used ages ago, just this is an affiliate. If anything can be said its 2 tutorials, border and gradient tutorial.
