twitch on my left finger

I've only noticed this in the last week, always thought it was my mouse button which was worn out due to shooting people too much. but it only does it with my left finger.
random topic.

i always unknowingly click my left finger twice now every time due to shooting so many people in the head on ca

really annoying, sometimes i want to just click an item once, but end up double clicking and opening it
