Undervolting / Overclocking.

Anyone know much about doing this on GPUs, I've messed with a little over clocking years ago but I never heard of undervolting.

I brought the 9070XT when it launched and I keep seeing these cards on youtube being undervolted, what are the pros/cons to doing this?

Surely that'd just lower the clock speed?

Yeah I've not heard of that before. Surely that would result in less power input, and logically a lower clock speed/performance? The only way I can see this working is if the GPU is being bottle necked by the CPU which can negatively effect performance, but by lowering its performance to sit more in line with the CPU could overall improve FPS
