Open Beta: Week One Update
The first week of open beta has given us a huge amount of useful data and feedback. Thank you to everyone who has played, tested systems and submitted reports.
The Story So Far
- 79 players have joined the open beta
- More than 630 combined player-hours have been logged
- Over 70% of players have spent more than an hour in-game
- More than 60% of players returned to play across multiple days
- Players have submitted over 100 feedback and bug reports
- The highest recorded player level is currently 23
Why We Held Back on Changes
During the first week, we intentionally avoided making significant gameplay changes.
Keeping the game stable gave us a clean baseline and allowed us to observe progression, session activity, consumable use, inventory behaviour and the economy without updates constantly changing the data.
That observation period is now complete.
What Happens Next?
From this point, we will begin rolling out changes based on what we have learned. Our initial focus will be on:
- Removing friction from quests and progression
- Addressing issues reported through the in-game feedback system
- Refining balance where the data supports it
- Opening more systems and content for focused testing
Changes will arrive incrementally, and there may be occasional reboots as we respond to issues and deploy updates.
Keep the Feedback Coming
Please continue submitting feedback using the option beneath the minimap. These reports include useful information about your character, location and recent activity, making them far more valuable when investigating problems.
