Cant even kill a warrior now, sun pot bundles + warrior = complete tank. Remove the sun pot bundles!!!

Maybe people are just too use to the extremely fast casting and now it's normal your struggling to adapt to it, also don't think 99% of them even knew how fast the casting really was.

Also BoneSpearman are broke can't TU them anymore and TU doesn't even aggro them :/ Wizz and Tao's have just successfully been kicked in the nether region :/! Lets hope its fixed sharpish !

spells before were fine ff need addjusting due to the ammount of dmg it could do due to it casting to fast but in comparison, they other spells were fine in relation to the rest of the game play

Got to agree with Mace on this one, Certain skills definitely needed changes made (Specifically AoE cast spells - FF, icestorm, BA etc) to stop spamming off them.

Spells such as Tbolt, FC and SFB (Tao main leveling spell) now feel like utter ****.

Wait til people want wizzies at bosses enough will die as the skills are now too slow, don't get a chance to get away from certain fast mobs now.

This game is very different from any ruby game version, monsters here are faster, everything is more dynamic. Sam you just messed this game good.

Warriors can solo most bosses. Now take 2x less time also.

you are trying to compare this game to that of euro in terms of speed, yet EVERY single warrior on here has atleast +3 a.speed most stretching onto 5-7. not every warrior in euro ran around with this kind of speed.

That i would agree with, getting A.speed on here is complete piss, storm orbs should not be in game and the gems really need a less success chance.

Balancing things is very hard to do in every game, but going with " I changed it like ruby files" and everyone is suppose to be happy wont cut it.
The change seems superficial and it's the same old **** I quit from before playing this.

The cast speed part of the update will possibly lose you a lot of your player base. Given people months to get used to a server and it's methods, and then totally changed everything giving people 30minutes notice. Bit of warning or discussion on these changes would have been nice by the way. So much for keeping the players involved in the update process.

We don't need another Ruby clone, you have a decent player count for a reason: People like the server how it was. Hundreds have flopped due to similar changes, and yours may end up the same way if you're not careful. This is the best server in a long while, please don't hash it up - listen to the players.

For the most part it seems the majority agree that the cast changes have changed gameplay in a negative way

However the changes were necessary in regards to certain spells (as mentioned in my previous post)

We do however need to take into account we asked for some these changes and now to provide Feedback in order to see some of these changes (specific spells) reversed/re
worked

So we had a number of problems...

Content being to easy
Leveling being to easy
Wizzies 1v1 tanking Warriors

This update addressed all of those issues lol... I have already said I am sick of trying to make everyone happy and I am certainly not trying to reinvent a 12 year old game... All Official content up to a 2.3 standard will as true to official as possible.

We are listening to you all, and we are discussing it all as a team and looking into the things you mention.

Testing Ace MagicShield with Ruby magic shield, shows Ace to be faster. This is about 4 t-bolts, then shield, then t bolts, then shield.
FlameField is faster on Ace
Healing I agree is slightly slower on Ace, so we should be able to look into this for you.
I've tested most other spells and they all seem to be the same speed.

The cast speed on Ace was much, much faster than Euro/2.3/Ruby - I noticed this since i first got FireBall on my wizard.

Maybe it should have been changed from the start, but you all moan saying "This is not working like euro", when we do make things more inline with euro, we get complaints.

We are all putting a lot of effort into these files and this server, and remember this is all done in our spare time. We all have full time jobs, we come home and then continue working on these files. Poor old Sam is up till stupid o'clock in a morning working on the files, lol.

So like I say, we welcome your feedback and will look into all issues and discuss them as a team and make changes where we see fits. Threatening to quit, giving us grief etc will not help motivate us, it will only have a negative impact on us.
