Updated sources to sqlmir

The Gates work fine.
Loginserver works ok, not coded chgpass and new account yet.
DBServer works ok, new char function not working completely,
but is easily fixed.

mainly the gameserver thats messed up, the dbserver messages
dont get decoded properly i dont think so it doesnt load up any char data
for the gameserver, which in turn wont let you load up a player to go ingame
fix that and you should be rolling!

How many people did you test it against?

Was it tested with mir 1.4 server? or mir 1.9 server?

They were tested with the 1.4 and the sqlmir b3 (1.8?),
both worked fine, with no faults.

tested only with 2 people me and my bros lan pc.
