Updating your server

i dont know if this has allready been suggested/posted but, to update your posts with ease i found that making an installer helps, then they can just install it into there 1.4 client. ive dont it as ive edited some maps if i do it this wasy, it should be noob-friendly :P

what i think he means when sending ur host server update put it in a self installer making it easy for them so they just open it and its done

i mean is.. ive updated the server, but ive updated a map, instead of people having to goto blaminator/stuff for the items/hum/magic patch and then my own website for the new map and then some other place for something else...

i got all of them and extracted them into a folder, set up like mirfolder
(Data,Map,Wav)
and then i made a executable with them files in it. so when new people want to play my server, they just install mir 1.4 then install my patch (its got the exe+ini's in it aswell) they can play then and there

and jamie yeah, you could do it like that also, when u have got a few files to update like
