hehe I ment 64 bit no matter what you get. Core2duos listed as EM64T meaning they both 64 bit. Think the coreduos where the 32bit ones.
Large L2 caches on chip are bonus too.
Honestly, I would say get a new graphics card, if you cant do anything else do that. I ran on an FX5200 and although most things worked fine with it, the upgrade to a 6600GT was unbeleiveably awesome. That graphics card was always good cos it could run a lot, but it was always low/med quality.
Get a new comp (as others have suggested). Im guessing you have an old mobo which uses SDRAM? If so, same as mine.. its pointless upgrading tbh, get a faster proccessor (2.8ghz+ ^^) and ddr ram etc
