Best way: open it up.

AGP and PCI-Express are two different types of graphics port, you need to know which you have before you can go out and buy a graphics card.
So open your PC up, it's generally (but not always), the first "port" from the top.

Yeah i opend up my computer then started looking around and i found by one of them long things lol it said "AGP" couldnt find the other 1, what does this mean?

agp card ..
not as good PCI-E , outdated a while ago but if u want a graphics card that is really good go buy a new mobo with a pci-e slot and get a Nvidia 8800 GTX or somthing like a Nvidia 7900 , Radeon X1950
