you are given the opportunity to configure the modem and add a port and make sure that you have a static IP

I did attempt to help the OP with this issue. I’ve verified that his windows and router are both ported correctly, server is using his IPV4 and he can connect locally using the IPV4 ip, however no one outside of his network can connect. Port checker says that port 7000 is open but the server log doesn’t show any ping (it does this on my own test server)

Got any local firewalls on your machine that manage/control port traffic?

if so it needs to be allowed through there.

Just read this and I forgot to check if he had any anti virus software which could be blocking the traffic >< always something you forget

I’ll check OP’s machine tomorrow
