Urgent Virus Help :(

[FinalFan]

Downloaded a dodgy keygen for nero last night and it's completely raped my computer. Set the skin/layout back to Windows 98 and won't allow me to change it back, slowing programmes right down and numerous other bits and bobs.

Zone Alarm recognises the virus but is unable to treat it, windows malicious software remover doesn't even pick up on it and my System Restore wont restore =/.

The virus/s i beleive is called :

Trojan.Win32.Agent.qt

not-a-virus:AdWare.Win32.Lop.bb

Trojan-PSW.Win32.Sinowal.

could try ad-aware maybe, or search google for trend micro housecall, that seems to work pretty well (an online virus scanner).
