Using hh8 to edit wil files

I want to create new wils, to insert into my Graphics folder however i have been trying but nothing seems to be working. Is there a way to export a mass of images and import them into a brand new wil? I have been looking for a guide on how to work the hh8 wil viewer and create new wils but my searches aren't giving me anything. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

crete a new wil using hh8

then export ur images from another wil into a folder
in ur new wil import them again using hh8

This is the part im having the problem with, i try to import them into the new will but they just won't go.
