Vagrant's testing

From what time i had to play alittle yesterday and alittle today my testing so far :

Wizard spells :
Glacial Shower - low damage even though its aoe, for a 48 mana spell you rather use FF all the time
Blizzard - i know i saw something about Blizzard, dont remember what, sorry .Low damage cosidering you cant move a few seconds and you are a easy target for sin/war
Everything else seems ok for wizards in term of spells.
Warrior :
FlamingSword and Artic Burst have no cd timer after you use them
Mobs :
PrimeRoot - goes invisible after first hit
PrimevalGuardian (i guess this is sub boss?) has no drops also it doenst seem to do damage, other mobs hit for alot more than him

Glacial is a better version of IceStorm, can you compare the two and give us pros/cons. We will look into it though.

Blizzard is intentionally low damage but it slows/ freezes players / monsters within range where as MeteorStrike is higher damage, again can you weigh up pros/cons and feedback to us.

Warrior :

blizzard only hits like once or not at all out of the whole spell - think its broken lol

I did play wizz a bit myself yesterday and i dont understad it like , for EG if you cast FF then want to shield up you have to wait for a CD timer so you can get shield back UP , this CD is not realy big but it should be only on the high end spells like " FF , Meteor , Blizz , and other this way it wont alow you to spam them " Glacial Shower it's kinda low damage can do with a bit of upgrade , as for Blizzard the Damage is so low and it Hits like 1 time ( it's not slowing 1/1 ) so yea like others say this spell is not worth using considering you cant move after casting it

Well i've tested Glacial Shower vs Ice Storm :
-Ice Storm avg damage in 10 hits is 58 and 42 mana consumption
-Glacial Shower avg damage in 10 hits is 69 and and 48 mana consumption as i previous said
Not sure what level is GS, but maybe a 20%-25% damage increase would make it usable, but as pro/cons i would say i would not really use any of these 2 spells because i have Firewall + FF, i just tested out FF, i have an avg of 135 damage in 10 hits(yes alot more mana consumption, but its worth it becuase....its FF and its the best wizard spell).
While i understand Blizzard is intended for slow's/freeze but what is the point of that? In PvP i have frost crunch to slow my target and i can run/cast other spells. If i do blizzard 2 slow i just put myself in death range, i cannot cast my magic shield and i cannot run.In pve i seriosly do not see a point in it because if you want slow while leveling, you get a tao with curse and 2 wizards FF, you dont need the wizards slowing mobs, you need them to cast FF constantly.So like IC and GS i dont see myself using this because you have a better version to use.
Also i've attached a screen, blizzard isnt working correctly(its not hitting on the target, you will see in screenie)

well from what i remember from other mir2 servers it was slightly lower damage than meteor strike
