VB.Net and Direct X

Just wondering if anyone knows of any tutorial sites which include tutorialised examples of Writing Direct X in VB.NET.

Finding it hard to find some good tutorials. I know i can look through the Mir Unleashed files, but i'd rather start from the basics as such and work my way through until i have quite a good understanding of the Direct X in Mir Unleashed.

Unfortunatly there is very little avaliable tutorials on managed directx that target VB, if you understand even a little c then your best bet is to look at c# oriented stuff as alot more is avaliable and since its still managed dx most of its essentially the same.

For a start you should download the latest dx sdk. TBH your best bet for 2d dx9 in vb.net is unleashed, coupled with the sdk which explains it better than anything (even though it might not look that way, the sheer volume of information is its downfall)

Much appreciated, i was going to look at unleashed and i already have all the things i need to look at it right away, i have the DX SDK, but it just looked too full for me to learn anything straight of it.

Id say start with html web page design then maybe visual basic then C++ if your still in to it
