VB.NET: Grid on Picturebox

Just wondered if anyone knows how to make a picturebox have a grid, so like you move your mouse over seperate "cells" then it highlights that cell or what ever and you can put an image in it.

Im sure there are specifically designed controls for that kind of thing. Using a picture box would be one big waste of time.

k so you know any controls i could use? or even like the name of what ever it would be called so i could search for it :P
