if you spell "virtual" the way you just did on here, no wonder you can't find one.
i just put build virtual tour, into Google , the way normal people who aren't retarded spell virtual, and it gave me the results you're after.

. bn offered £700 alrdy. cnt tell u who by coz it will give it away. but lets just say theres alot of them around
now iv looked but still not much there. has any one hered of the app - hammer world editor? well basicly in there u cn create objects and stuff and then move around to c what u have done
anyway i need somethin like that where i can just create the objects,

sounds like you are looking for something like a virtual world where people make things and sell them to other virtual world users, it's actually big business with solf drink, etc companies having virtual stores, etc.

Search for virtual worlds.
There are virtual economies online and it's a growing business with people giving up real world jobs to make their living in the virtual world. There have been documentaries on TV about this. as for £700 though I dunno but there are some big amounts being paid for virtual apartments in London.
