viewing flash objects

iv got several .swf files i need to view

iv download flash player by macromedia, but when it installs it doesnt seem to go anywhere and i still cant open it.

iv downloaded about 6 different versions off macromedia now and none are working

i swear it used to be simpler to view swf before.

anyone know how to do it?

*Sothink SWF Quicker* is a quick editor only has 20 day trial though, you may be able to find a crack for it.

I used to use Swish, was a nice little editor and easy to find a crack

Why not just use file association configuration for IE to view the .swf file, this is by far the easiest way of viewing them. As IE will use ActiveX to read the .swf and play it for you.

You should beable to do it by doing the following.

Right click the .swf file
Open with IE

And if you have a flashplayer installed, it should play the file in IE for you.

If that doesn't work then try the following SWF OPENER 1.3
