For some reason after todays AVG Update, all my .exes (M2server, DBServer, Mir2.exe etc etc) Are all coming up with Win32/Themida Virus found.

If i pres Ignore it just slows my pc dow nfor a few seconds :S And the .exes dont work?

Any ideas? >_<

its not a virus m8, AVG has updated and now they think its a virus...

just go into ur AVG, components > resident shield > manage exceptions

then add the path to ur mir.exe / mirserver

a lot of ppl on OS got this 2day, ive dled multiple EXEs tho, they all came up ssame... so dotn worry

i read somewhere that themida is an application used for packing up the exe's.. not a virus.. so i provided in the advanced options of avg to add some exclusion folders..and i have putted there the mirserver folder and the wemade game folder since i had also mir2.exe "infected"

It does work Extac.

Put an exception on your the Mirfolder(s) you want to have the .exe sat in and redownload an exe into one of the folders with the exception in place. Otherwise it will simply heal (delete) the file.

You could place a temporary exception on your download folder as well if you can't download the exe where you want.

But Bon's advice DOES work ;)
