I did from 25-33 in PT mostly, with some occasional Bug Cave to get some gold. Then from 33-40 I did entirely in Past Bichon.
White Set is great until 35, at which point you can use a Smash Set which is better for DC until you can get Red Necklace and Red Ring.

White set if you have it , until 35 smash set , probably BC until 33 then either PB or ST maze with CHM

It's not bad , alternatively if you are rich almost the entire high level player base trade in real life money one way or another , just drop a few people I'm sure they will sort you out.
