exp pots are buyable from the gamepoint shop, kill enough boss's and u can get em. LMS, sabuk, GTs all offer up to x4/x5 daily boosts.... plenty of guilds with GTs that are willing to recruite new ppl
also will be a lot more lower EXP pots between x4-x10 in the TM now with adjutsed prices
things are always made easier for new ppl, but its never gonna be made so that some1 that joins now, is gonna get to the stage of where ppl like splinta are, who have been playing since the begginin
it just doesnt work like that im sorry, if u wanna be near the top on a server thats been online for over a year, u gotta be willing to put in some serious effort.... but it is totaly do-able as ppl have done
ZH guild joined about 1-3months ago, and are now amoungst the top on the server, theres another example.
ne way i cba arguein, if 4h is **** 120+ ppl wouldnt play it
no, they didnt dupe, and they didnt "donate like ****ing mad"... 1 person out of all of them donated a bit.
they just hunt together as a grp, and have camped DI for weeks to become really rich.
thats problem with u lot, u see ppl rise to bein good and wealthy quick and just assume its donations, when in actual fact its just hard work.
unfortunatly a lot of ppl are just lazy on mir these days, and they kill the odd boss a day and sit in bw sz for rest.. if u actually went out and made an effort killin boss's ud do a lot better

Degen would be OK if the owner wasnt so set on a fail exp rate. Afaik all the current HR servers that are up are 'Bring up overnight, get some quick cash and leave server to rot' jobbies. Not much in the pipeline at all.

all servers now days seem to have a game shop where u can buy items/pots ect..
this has ruined alot of mir. yes we all know some donating is needed but to many hosts get gready and go for the quick cash rather than the slow consistant amount if they didint sell so much stuff.
im sure if a decent server team got 2gether and only had donations for certain things that wouldnt over power the server and still could be achieved ingame then it would work.
but so many servers get rushed. im looking for a new server and all i see is ( updates coming, New patch, new Quests). people only seem to make a server with a few months game life.
then once the uber lvlers catch up to it they have to rush to keep up and lose the attention of the rest of the server.
to make a new server work? good server TEAM, good preperation TIME and REALISTIC gm's.

I think he is talking about actual servers not about a euro clone full of bugs.Any1 can make a 2.3 euro-clone in 20mins with no bugs/balance issues.
just had a look at his server and again it seems rushed. i give you credit for making a low rate server as i prefer them but you dont seem to have anything set up. yeah you have the basics and im sure intime u will add more stuff but this will mean u will never get a high user count.
nemisis server was like this. had prob the best gm's ive played but because they never had there server sorted from the start they rushed it and after a while the server died down.
yes u might start of with like 30-50 ppl and think it will only get better, but once players start catching up the lvls you will struggle. some will leave some will carry on. all that happens is in a year or so ur left with 20 regular players all best mates in one guild and to far infront of the new players. so the new players leave after a few weeks and the gap in class just gets bigger and bigger.
thats just my opion.

lom2 ppl will always make servers to make money... i speak from experiance lol.... any1 who says they dont, need shooting.

Donations are fine,
Should be able to donate for things like stat torches, Items which break on PK, Maybe orbs depending on the orb drop rate. benes.
As soon as u can donate for full kit, its just boring as ppl tht dont donate have to spend hours and hours getting what donators due in 5 mins.
and ive had sum1 donate for me before and let me use their char, it was fun for a bit, but soon got boring.
