totaly unistall and removie it from usb port... uninstall everythign to wit ya webcam... then wen windows is loaded up after a restart plug it in it shud be detected then just lick next and insert disk and search fro drivers... shud work

Did all that apart from i aint got disk download drivers from web and it worked b4.
