u must look for a clear style, companies pages ever have not much toys on pages the colours mostly straight and they have not much space for diffrent styles dont work much with pictures best is took hiddentables and normal text
hidden tables are a verywell possibility if u have probs with frames or no knowledge how to handle it.
make one page put on the left side a hiddentable so u can put in links and safe it than u can change ever the right side from the page and change only the ways the links go to.
YEAH i know much cry out now but hey he is beginner so work it out m8 be sure it will be better
maybe look for a program that helps u dreamweaver or homesite that have most options drag&drop system therefore u need no code and can make crazy cool pages
