What am i doing wrong?

I downloaded the server files extracted to c:/mirserver and double clicked the exes, they all looked ok, but when i tryed to logg in the screen wouldnt open. Also how do i make an account server side.

check unpnp is disabled use toxicks mir.exe in releases section make sure paths are set to 127.0.0.1 on you mir client then run the exe's in the order in start folder server is running fine looking at the picys must just be the exe your using or one of your client ini's aint set right
