what am i doing wrong?

ive set my router to allow the ports needed for mir, but when i load up all server i get 127.0.0.1 not ready, and if i try go on mir to connect i just get connection closed ne help please. thanks

ive got it all sorted dont get that ip not ready, im running it through my ip but i when i try connect through mir i just get connection closed...
what am i doing wrong ive set router with tcp ports i need do i need to do the udp or summit like that ?
