What client I need for JOB LiquidSilver Server Files?

Well I just need a little info on what client I will need for liquidSilver JOB server files. I dont want to waste bandwidth(Only get 6GB download per month) so could you please help me out.

I downloaded v1.4. I can create character and everything perfectly now... Its just when I hit Start game after character select, It just says "You are being connected to the server. Please wait a second. GameVersion (3rd November 2004)".

But after that nothing happeneds. Do you know what could be wrong?


Ohh and EISERVER.exe loads fine but theres this:

02:17:48:Read Emergency Map : [0] 458,398

nothing else is errors.

If you could help me through pm it would be great, I dont want to spam the boards...

Im using the liquidsilver files hosted by you kaori. And the client Mir3Install_V1.4.exe - 1.18 GB to connect. Do I also need mir3_patch_V1.4-1.45.rar - 28.45 MB?

server side still needs to be fixed... don't bother logging on if you see errors on server side.

I have to guess it's the !setup.ini problem. fix those db stuff in that ini...

using files the same as above & patch. got it all running, account made ect,.

got into game, played about for 5-10 mins. logged out, when tryed again had same probs as above as well , any ideas plz ?

I checked everything from head to feet and I think I may have found the problem... Would that emergency map error come up if the servers name was incorrect in the !setup.txt?

I keep changing it to "EE" but when i reload the !setup.txt(with console.exe) its says "LS" again for the server name. What is up with that :S? (Yes I am hitting save button)

woot I got it working!!!! This reminds me so much of old times at DragonNet...Maybe in a few months Ill get it setup how it used to be and take the place of Zenith^^.

The only thing I dont understand is this emergency map thing poping up when I load the eiserver.exe. Could you help me with that ?

you don't look at emergency map (it's just part of the loading process)... you read the line(s) above.

Im needing some more help on client/server editing.

Ill provide screenshots to show you what I am talking about. I need to know how to edit the text from the following fields. (circled in red)

Kaori told me to look through the quests but I just cant seem to find the source of the text.

Look into the file StrRes.txt on your Server ;-) or in the CMList.dat .

search
leave first box empty
type LiquidSilver in second box
and search

to make it simple... I did a search... found 6 matches

Thank you for the help. Checking through my files, I didnt even have some of the ones you listed. Im guessing not all of it transfered over to my server.(damn network) So I redownloaded the LS package and everything is working to my advantage^^.
