svchost is what dll's use to run themselfs, you can shutdown your comp by turning them all off.

Uggh get rid of StyleXP - it's loaded with spyware, keyloggers and adware...

Another way to clear some of those nasty things is to:

Open Start Menu and Select 'Run'
Type: msconfig
Press Enter key
click on startup tab (end tab)
deselect everything from the list (except stuff you're sure is safe - ctfmon.exe always reloads itself so there's no need to disable that, and msnmsngr.exe will probably reload itself upon startup).
Apply and restart the machine

zlclient = Zonelabs Client = Zonealarm to the best of my knowledge. could also be a spyware/adware/virus mimicking the process name to avoid detection.
