hows that 3d mir? its just mir2, they've used the dm2 source and made their own interface and addons. doesnt look nice imo.

The people in China developing these files called them 3D Mir. I did not just make it up.
And where did you get "legend Of Mir 4 from? Has nothing to do with Mir, Only the same company made the game.

i saw a couple of forums where ppl linked to that site calling it mir4, and i also saw the actual mir3d ages back, which looks nearly the same as 'chang chun'. so i just presumed.
and chinese are stupid for naming their files 3d mir, when its blatently not 3d.

Tried downloading that a while back and all i kept doing was returning me to a specs page for the game.
says at the login screen of that site , when translated,
It is in the process of opening to the public test advancing.
that could be the reason the download isnt readily available.

That ChangChun looks like a good game, although still looks like a GuildWars or WOW game.
Think why Mir is still around is because its a little more turn based game, but still not quite turn based. Its slower game play then the new games around now. I don't know how to explain, its just more simple.
The 3d Mir interface looks nice.

Sorry for opening an old thread but i had to just say I just managed to get hold of a 198 meg patch for these files
only problem is they wont run its missing some stuff plus the files are of no format ive heard of.

the ones posted in the first post are mir i grant you that by looking at the maps, but it looks to me like the interface was taken or parts of changchun were used in its making.
I will keep digging tho m8 cos i have seen a few people in QQ showing of the interface aswell.
1st images are from the changchun and the secon 2 are from QQ yesterday, as soon as i saw them i knew id seen before thats what made me try to get the full changchun client
