What happened to looking after casual players?

we was told measures would be taken to keep casual players, npc's were placed outside caves but nothing more has been mentioned about it since, ive played about 6 weeks and already watched 30-40 people who play casually leave because unless youre in the top two guilds frankly the game is boring. No bosses that arent camped by the previously mentioned guilds, no noob tier bosses as such, i can only presume the NPC's are there for instances (i say presume as very little info been released).

There's 2 new servers launching very soon and both look very good, in my opinion the classes are very unbalanced too, tao is supposed to be a support class yet is the only class here that doesnt struggle at 40+ when it comes to hunting alone, tao's have never been like this elsewhere, i'm not sure if its the other classes being underpowered in pve or tao being over powered but the balance doesnt seem right at all.

I'm well aware this thread will get flamed by the donating faithful but it isnt a moan thread, far from it, im posting all of this because other people ive spoken to agree and have hit the same flat spot after hitting 40+. It would probably do the GMs well to remember theres other guilds that are just as active as C10 and bombsquad that also play this server and it would be nice to see some changes made for everyone rather then a few

^^ This... Solo / Casual play should of been addressed sooooo long ago it's unreal, it's such a massive part of Mir. So many old school players who don't care for guilds and just want to play at their pace but are just stuck.

So u can't solo WT, EC, KS, BL, RME, MTK, KH, IZT, DD.
Easy - Good drops. Out most of the time

at level 41 ... no i cant ... archers prevent me getting through bdd solo and KS i went through a bag full of pots trying to kill and had to TT ... also you've just listed bosses that are never there, out of that list RME (which is a bene everytime pretty much) and WT which is never there are the only things feasible ... so yes im saying i cant solo those .... maybe try another class that isnt massively OP and then comment..?

It's totally all depending on your class, if i was a solo Taoist, then yes i could solo all the above bosses.. But as an archer, can i **** solo all them bosses lol. I'm only level 41 on my Archer and can only solo a handful of them bosses which most of the time drop trash. Why not make a Tao and just hide in BG for 4 days and become richest ingame

Bag full of pot's and u cant get through bdd (reroll or uninstall)

KS is a bad example it tears my hp apart solo I don’t bother with it unless In a pair minimum. I can however solo the subs in BDD..incarnated spiders Thunder, KH before I need to pot. And i no every other class can because I see them doing it. Izt and DD yeah admittedly need a Tao. But I can honestly say I’ve made 100mil solo off bosses everybody can solo. Just gotta get out there and do it.

Stoke where you dropped on your head as a child ?. Iv got a level 45 wiz in a good with level 3 ff yet in quiet periods I log a 40 tao in shop kit for bosses.
people shouldn't be logging a tao in **** kit to do bosses instead of playing main.

Regarding noob guilds, I'm in curse10 but it seems like a horrible experience, they all merge into wow and casuals and are working together which is nice but they just keep getting booted out of any boss that can potentially drop good. Link some bosses and give them a shot at some bosses, maybe make bosses spawn at same time as lord, or make some Euro bosses spawn when mk or oks does.

Dunno what solution is but I wouldn't stick this server if i wasn't in the top guild.on the server

Archer cant solo bosses.. u can solo subs.. KS,WT, but u cant kill BDD khaz MTK BL DD solo...
I kinda agree with sexymama. only top 3 guilds (C10 BS WoW) + chines morning time get a chance on big / real bosses.. I bet like 50% of people in server haven't seen EM MK SL FK ArtWlf yimgy apoc ..

Banter and pk fun I find great but actual lies? U really are triggered I thought we was having fun. Feel free to ask GM if I got crystal armour, 40+ skill book, epic craft stones, rare craft stone, gems in last 2 weeks “solo” from BDD. Then apologise.

Server is actually good and fun. 2 Main guilds who are relatively even fighting each other and 2 lesser guilds below that who are relatively even who also fight each other.

Imo if they crack out a decent xmas event, add in this casuals feature they're going on about and bring out an expansion that gives new carrot dangles to the few who feel they've got everything already... job done.

They do need to step up on the bug fixes, though.

I’d be gutted as well if I lost that helm and other items but you gotta laugh it off, tbh he completely brought it on himself by at the beginning walking into any room and instantly attacking us. It’s cool tho I like the rivalry, just don’t want it to be personal coz to me it’s fun rivalry. I’d rather laugh about it than get salty. Bring it on, and no to a town stand off...shadowstep doesn’t “currently” work In town I’d be a sitting duck. Just stick to the current in cave bants.

but you are wrong... 2 lesser guild fight each other and rivalry ? we dont even see these noobs and consider rival. Our rival is C10 and BS.

These guys + Tai tryng to post in every topic something about me, so they can show they are rival and they claim they are 3rd biggest guild which is funny as hell.

@rosco : pfff you guys are so poor that a skel helm worth alot for u, i got 2x 47 helm n storage waiting for me to get there.

Thoroughly enjoyed the 3 way PK last night in Crystal, Wow, BS and C10. Was good fun even if I did get bugger all exp done and drop my only added item lol. There was even Reeve and a wizard there joining in.

Back to topic, it would be nice if levelling places had a chance to drop something nice too, all be it extremely low chance. Those that enjoy the grind and not particularly keen on the big guild boss fights can also have a chance to earn some cash from their play style.
